I am going to Riva for a week at the end of June '11. Whilst it is a package tour i will have about 4 days free. Will i have to wait until i get to Riva to get a ferry timetable, or can i somehow get one on-line & plan my trips in advance? I was hoping to go down to Sirmione & maybe Malcesine & Garda. And, just out of interest, is it possible to get bus time tables too? And do you know if these timetables come with prices?
I have looked at back issues of my Lake Garda Newsletters but can't seem to find the information i want. If the information is in one of them, i have newsletters going back to January '10. This will be the first time in 10 years that i have been back to Lake Garda, having previously stayed in Malcesine & Garda, & i am looking forward to it immensely. Thanking you in anticipation of your response. And thank you for a terrific newsletter - keep up the good work.

A. Yes you can find this information from clicking on the relevant links from pages on our website. For Lake Garda ferries visit this page (which is in our travel section):
https://www.lake-garda-revealed.com/lake-garda-ferries.html
Scroll right down to the bottom of this page and click on the link called "Lake Garda Ferries". This will take you to the ferry companies website, where you can access route, timetable and price information.
For the information on Lake Garda buses please visit this page on our site (also in the travel section):
https://www.lake-garda-revealed.com/lake-garda-coach-tours.html
Again if you scroll down the page you will find 2 links to buses operators. They are different depending on which side of the lake you are on, so please select either "east" or "west" side to get the relevant information.
We hope you find everything you need and have a wonderful trip to Lake Garda!
All the best,
Marcus & Sylvia
