Q. We'll be in Sirmione for 9 days next May. This will be our 4th trip to the area. One thing we'd like to do is to get on a big sailboat for half a day or maybe all day. I have information that there is the 2 masted sailboat, the Saint Nicholas, sailing charters out of Bardolino but I haven't been able to confirm that.
Also, does anyone know anything about the Siora Veronica sailboat? It's a 2 masted wooden sailboat built in the '20s that's been totally renovated. I have literature on it from 5 years ago, but it apparently was lost in a foreclosure. The owner suggested I look into the Saint Nicholas.
Grazie
A. I do not know anything specifically about Saint Nicholas, but yes I have definitely seen this type of charter on Lake Garda. I'm pretty certain last time I was in Malcesine one was operating from the port there. Maybe someone else knows a company and will get in touch so I can post the info on the thread. Thanks and all the best.
Hi there again, just looking back at some old pictures and found sailing boat photo with contact details on the sails. There website is:

The boat was in Malcesine port, but the contact address is Riva del Garda, so maybe they operate from there. Hope this helps.
Have fun,
Marcus & Sylvia
